Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking an HRIS Functional Consultant (AVATURE SME) to configure Avature modules, optimize recruitment and offer management workflows, and support integrations with enterprise HR systems.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on Avature experience, strong SaaS/cloud familiarity, and ability to translate business needs into scalable configurations while collaborating with stakeholders across TA and Platform teams.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in Avature or ATS platforms.
• Proven hands-on configuration experience in Avature.
• Strong working experience in Avature Recruitment module.
• Experience with onboarding, offer management workflows.
• Exposure to integration environments using Junction.
• System configuration (forms, workflows, permissions, templates, reports).

Responsibilities

• System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and maintain Avature (or similar ATS/CRM) modules including workflows, forms, fields, and contract templates; user roles, permissions, and security; dashboards, reports, and basic analytics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Platform Team, Talent Acquisition to gather requirements and translate business needs into system configurations; improve recruiter and candidate experience; support system enhancements, releases, change requests; testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and Level 2 support.
• Documentation & Integration: Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process flows; support integrations with other HR systems where required (e.g., PeopleSoft).

We areseeking a highly skilled AvatureConfiguration Specialist to support the configuration,optimisation, and ongoing improvement of our recruitment and Offer management technologyplatform.

This role is ideal for someone with 3–4years of experience working with Avature platform, who enjoystranslating business needs into smart, scalable system solutions.

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR systems will be highly regarded.

KeyResponsibilities

SystemConfiguration & Maintenance

• Configure and maintain Avature (orsimilar ATS/CRM) modules, including:
  
• Workflows, forms, fields, and contract templates
  
• User roles, permissions, and security
• Dashboards, reports, and basic analytics
  

StakeholderCollaboration
