Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an Avature AISME to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of Avature AI capabilities across Talent Acquisition and related workflows. • 4-5+ years in HR technology/ATS
• Hands-on Avature platform configuration and implementation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Avature AI-enabled solutions across recruiting, CRM, onboarding, and talent workflows
• Configure and deploy Avature Copilot, AI agents, and automation use cases
• Implement AI use cases like job description generation, sourcing support, candidate screening summaries, interview guidance, onboarding briefs
• Design conversational AI/chatbot experiences for candidate engagement and support
• Optimize semantic matching and skills-based hiring capabilities
• Define AI governance, controls, explainability, and compliance frameworks
• Partner with business, HR, and technology stakeholders to redesign processes
• Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities
