The role requires hands-on Avature AI expertise including Copilot, Agentic Automation, conversational AI, semantic matching, and AI-enabled recruiting/onboarding processes.

• 4-5+ years in HR technology/ATS
• Hands-on Avature platform configuration and implementation experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of Avature AI-enabled solutions across recruiting, CRM, onboarding, and talent workflows
• Configure and deploy Avature Copilot, AI agents, and automation use cases
• Implement AI use cases like job description generation, sourcing support, candidate screening summaries, interview guidance, onboarding briefs
• Design conversational AI/chatbot experiences for candidate engagement and support
• Optimize semantic matching and skills-based hiring capabilities
• Define AI governance, controls, explainability, and compliance frameworks
• Partner with business, HR, and technology stakeholders to redesign processes
• Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Avature AISME to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of Avature AI capabilitiesacross Talent Acquisition and related workflows. Key Responsibilities

Required Experience

Must-Have Skills

• Deep Avature platform expertise(configuration, workflows, portals).
• Hands-on experience withAvature AI (Copilot, AI agents, automation).
• Experience with semanticsearch, AI recommendations, and skills matching.
• Conversational AI / chatbotimplementation experience.
• Strong understanding ofAI-enabled recruiting lifecycle.
• Knowledge of AI governance,explainability, and compliance.
