LAM RESEARCH Corporation is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator in Bengaluru, India. This role responsible for managing HRIS platforms and ensuring compliance across HR processes. You will lead audit preparations, partner with multiple teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations.

Responsible for end‑to‑end HRIS administration, data governance, and system‑enabled HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and scalability of HR data and processes.
Own administration of HRIS platforms, including employee master data, organizational structures, workflows, and system configurations. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across onboarding, lifecycle changes, payroll integration, and separations. Generate standard and ad hoc HR dashboards and reports to support leadership reviews, compliance audits, and decision making. Partner with IT, payroll, and vendors to resolve system issues, implement enhancements, and drive process automation. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, maternity benefits, etc.). Coordinate timely statutory filings, returns, registers, and renewals in collaboration with payroll, finance, and external consultants. Act as HR SPOC during government inspections, labor audits, and statutory reviews.
Lead HR compliance audit preparation including internal audits, statutory audits, and customer audits. Maintain audit ready documentation such as statutory registers, compliance trackers, SOPs, and evidence repositories. Identify compliance gaps, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and drive closure within agreed timelines.
Support rollout, communication, and consistent execution of HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct. Ensure policy adherence across site operations and manage exceptions through proper documentation and approvals. Support employee relations documentation, disciplinary processes, and compliance aligned case management.
Partner closely with site leadership, HR business partners, payroll teams, finance, IT, and external agencies to ensure seamless HR operations. Respond to employee and manager queries related to HR systems, statutory contributions, and compliance topics.
Track changes in labor laws, statutory rules, and compliance requirements; assess impact on HR processes and systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on digitization, simplification, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
Experience in manufacturing or large‑scale industrial operations. Exposure to HR digitization, workflow automation, and system rollouts. Prior experience supporting government inspections and multi‑site compliance audits. MBA / MSW in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or related discipline. 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in HRIS, statutory compliance, and HR governance, preferably in manufacturing or large site environments. Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance frameworks. Hands‑on experience with HRIS software's and systems like GraytHR and Workday, payroll coordination, audits, and compliance reporting. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in matrixed, fast‑growing site setups with high compliance rigor.
