LRQA seeks a People Systems Analyst to define and refine requirements across systems and processes, supporting delivery and adoption within the People Team. You will act as the primary liaison with IT for maintenance and continuous improvement of People systems.
This hybrid role requires office attendance three days per week, and close collaboration with IT and the People team to deliver practical system solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure data confidentiality.

Role Purpose: The role is responsible for defining and refining requirements across systems, processes, and related change activities to support accurate delivery and successful adoption within the People Team and wider organisation. It acts as the key link with IT for the maintenance and continuous improvement of People Systems, supporting change initiatives, day-to-day system maintenance, and updates. This hybrid role requires office attendance three times per week.
