Job summary

LRQA in the UK is seeking a client management specialist to support complex customer queries and ensure service delivery in line with SLAs. You will manage onboarding, contract administration, and records updates, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating cross-team efforts to achieve service excellence.

The role requires a degree with client management experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Maintain accurate data in BA&IS systems to support delivery, planning and invoicing.
  • Support certificate maintenance processes, including suspensions, withdrawals, and audit reports in the portal.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to drive service excellence and process improvements.
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Role Purpose: This role is responsible for supporting the management of complex customer queries and ensuring service delivery is handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with agreed SLAs. It also involves maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders, while supporting less experienced colleagues through guidance, knowledge sharing, and coordination of work where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist support and build strong relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience.
  • Manage customer onboarding, contract administration, and updates to customer records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate and prioritise complex certification support activities, ensuring delivery within agreed SLAs and resolving customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate data in BA&IS systems to support operational delivery, resource planning, and invoicing.
  • Support certificate maintenance processes, including suspensions, withdrawals, and the management of audit reports and certificates within the customer portal.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, key account teams, and other departments to drive service excellence and continuous process improvement.
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.

What You’ll Bring :

  • Degree with a work experience in Client Management preferably in a service industry.
