Job summary

LRQA is seeking an experienced, independent audit professional to verify management systems in the food industry across diverse clients. You will lead audits, contribute to improvement of food safety programs, and manage key accounts with strong English communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food industry (process/technology)
• Experience in quality management and food safety in the food sector
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the food industry (production/technology)
• Qualification for 3rd party auditing in FSSC 22000, BRCGS-food, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP
• Advantage: FSSC-packaging or BRCGS-Packaging
• Analytical approach with proactive attitude and assertiveness
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent language skills both spoken and written in English

• Contribution to improvement of a client’s overall food safety management systems
• Account management - acting as a sparring partner for delivering the audits at our key accounts

• The broadening and deepening of the collaboration with our clients
• Contribution to development of our services

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in the food industry (process and/or technology)
• Adequate working experience in quality management and food safety in the food sector
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience (in relation to food production & technology) in the food industry.
• Holding a qualification for 3rd party auditing in FSSC 22000, BRCGS-food, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP
• Additional qualification for FSSC -packaging or BRCGS-Packaging will be an advantage
• Analytical approach with proactive attitude and assertiveness
• Leadership and management experience
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent language skills both spoken and written in English
