Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years of HR experience with significant HRBP exposure.
• Expertise in performance management, employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and delivery leaders to drive people strategy and workforce planning.
• Own performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, engagement, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Leverage HR metrics and insights to drive organizational effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HR Operations teams to deliver HR programs.
• Support organizational change, leadership capability building, and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
