Job summary

Curefoods is seeking a dynamic HRBP to support Operations and Kitchen teams across multiple locations in India. The role focuses on bulk hiring, onboarding coordination, payroll support, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR partnering with the business.

You will drive manpower planning with Operations leadership, manage onboarding, and handle grievances while ensuring smooth HR operations across locations. Strong stakeholder management and execution orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, or frontline workforce HR.
• Experience in retail, QSR, cloud kitchen, restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive bulk hiring for kitchen, store, and operations roles across locations.
• Coordinate with Operations and Kitchen leadership for manpower planning, hiring requirements, and closures.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
• Partner with Operations leadership on employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR matters.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives across kitchens and operational locations.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely coordination and resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, joining, separation, and other employee-related inputs.
• Monitor employee retention, absenteeism, workforce concerns, and other key people metrics.
• Maintain HR trackers, employee records, and operational HR documentation.
• Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives across the assigned business.
• Act as the key HR point of contact for employees and Operations leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, or frontline workforce HR.
• Strong hands-on experience in bulk hiring and managing frontline employees.
• Must have experience in a retail, QSR, cloud kitchen, restaurant, hospitality, or similar multi-unit operations environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with Operations and Kitchen leadership.
• Good communication, employee-handling, and grievance-resolution skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
• Strong execution orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities and locations.
