Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking an HRBP Assistant Manager to partner with business leaders and drive people processes, enhance employee experience, and support compliance across the site. The role requires flexibility to work across all shifts and a strong focus on performance management.

You will act as the first point of contact for HR policies, manage end-to-end lifecycle, drive engagement, handle Employee Relations cases, and track HR metrics for leadership insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRBP experience and 5+ years overall experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, performance, and employee concerns.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle: New hire induction, confirmation, performance reviews, employee connects, and exit management.
• Drive employee engagement, learning completion, and policy adherence.
• Manage Employee Relations cases, conduct preliminary investigations, and ensure timely closure with documentation.
• Partner with operations to support performance management, attendance discipline, productivity, and redeployment.
• Track HR metrics (attrition, UA, warning letters) and share insights with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and the company's code of conduct.
