Job summary

DianApps Bengaluru is seeking an IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of IT staffing experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, client management, and vendor relationships from our Bengaluru office.

You will source candidates, screen them, coordinate interviews, and negotiate terms with clients and vendors while ensuring timely delivery and SLA compliance.

The role requires Kannada and English fluency, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to handle multiple client requirements.

• Kannada and English fluency (read, write & speak).
• Proficient with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed and similar platforms.
• Experience with contract staffing and permanent hiring.

• Independently handle both client management and vendor management activities.
• Gather and understand technical requirements directly from clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and hiring managers.
• Identify, onboard, and manage new vendor partners across India.
• Source high-quality IT professionals through vendors, job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining follow-ups.
• Negotiate commercial rates, margins, and terms with vendors and clients.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles while meeting client SLAs.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment, IT Staffing, or Staff Augmentation.
• Proven experience handling both client acquisition/management and vendor management.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory (Read, Write & Speak).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring processes.
• Experience working on Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, and Staff Augmentation.
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with IT Services, Product Companies, or Staffing Organizations.
• Experience handling enterprise clients and multiple vendor networks.
• Exposure to domestic IT hiring is mandatory; US Staffing experience will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
