Job summary

Sb Hr Consultancy Kolkata is seeking an experienced data migration and HR systems professional to analyse SAP HCM data structures and map them to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will cleanse, transform, and reconcile data, identify gaps, and document migration requirements for SIT/UAT and cutover support.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with exposure to Foundation Objects and MS Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Systems, Business Analysis, or Data Migration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP HR Master Data.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in HR Data Migration, Data Mapping, Data Transformation, Data Cleansing & Validation.
• Knowledge of Foundation Objects.
• Strong Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with data reconciliation and quality analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
