Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an HR Service Delivery Associate to support Payroll Planning and Distribution. You will process payroll and ensure on-time, accurate disbursements for US, UK, and international payrolls, while collaborating with the HR team.

The role requires 1–3 years’ experience, a graduation, and fluency in English (Domestic) – Intermediate. You may work in rotational shifts and contribute to improving workforce productivity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated and be able to handle payroll planning and distribution.
• Experience between 1 to 3 years in HR/payroll is preferred.
• English (Domestic) - Intermediate proficiency.
