What would you do?

• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert within HR Operations, performing critical transactions, real time quality checks, and quality audits. Serves as a key quality and compliance resource between the client and operations team, ensuring adherence to processes, maintaining quality standards, resolving issues, and safeguarding client expectations and operational integrity.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking,
• 4 to 6 years of Human Resource Operations experience with strong HR process knowledge.
• Hands on experience using workflow management tools such as Oracle.
• Experience working with onshore stakeholders and clients with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, confidentiality, security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage transaction queues by prioritizing workload and ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Facilitate team huddles to communicate process updates, best practices, performance insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meeting documenting key discussions, action items, owners, and follow up actions to ensure accountability and closure.Any Graduate or Postgraduate

What are we looking for?

• Maintain, validate, and update process documentation in line with client and Accenture standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure audit readiness, maintain required documentation, and support internal and client audits.
• Maintain process dashboards, visual management tools, and performance reporting using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools where applicable.
• Drive proactive problem solving and continuous improvement aligned with quality, compliance, and operational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand, analyze, and execute client processes in line with GWI, localization, and template based procedures to ensure consistent and accurate delivery.
• Manage process related queries and provide guidance while maintaining professional and high quality communication.
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection standards and audit requirements.
• Process HR transactions in HR1S and manage Oracle Helpdesk requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Review and validate all completed work to ensure error free processing and client satisfaction.
• Extract, analyze, and deliver reports that support accurate data management and business decision making.
• Maintain strong knowledge of operational metrics including SLA and KPI and ensure performance targets are consistently achieved.
• Complete tasks within defined timelines while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with requestors, stakeholders, counterparts, and team members to ensure accurate information exchange and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality standards, GWI documents, localization guides, and process templates.
• Escalate complex issues promptly and seek guidance to ensure effective resolution.
• Follow established processes, tools, checklists, and templates to maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen controls.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and active participation in team discussions and audits.
• Manage business as usual activities with strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Apply feedback from supervisors and subject matter experts to improve operational effectiveness and accuracy.
• Complete all mandatory client and Accenture training programs and participate in continuous learning Any Graduation
