Overview

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive who will be accountable for HR Operations, including compliance and administration functions for the company.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations:
  • CTC structure, offer roll out
  • Onboarding and coordinate technical training
  • Engagement and team management activities
  • Manage policies and process compliance
  • Management Reporting
• Recruitment:
  • Resource review and hiring plan
  • Track hiring status and review recruitment reporting
• Office Administration:
  • Office infrastructure maintenance
  • Legal compliances (Income Tax, Companies Act documentation, Shops and Establishments records, GST, etc)
  • Accounting overview including expense management and reporting
  • Coordinating and following up with vendors and partners including renewal of respective agreements

Required skills

• Any graduate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of state labour laws and general compliances
