• Scrutinize and shortlist resumes based on specific criteria and qualifications.

• Post jobs on OLX and Quirk for openings.
• Handle entire recruitment process including telephonic screening.
• Schedule interviews and negotiate terms.
• Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.

Job Description

• Source candidates from Job portals like Naukri, Monster and Shine..
• Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platforms, qualifications and relevant experience
• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and interviewing the candidate. Coordinate the interview with the respective department.
• Add posting on OLX, Quirk and for job openings.
• Recruitment through Job Posting, Employee Referral, consultancy, Job Portals, Head hunting, campus drive etc.
• Handling entire recruitment process, like: Telephonic Screening and Initial Screening of Candidates,
• Schedule interviews as per convenience of Panel, Negotiate salary and other terms & condition.
• Reference check for selected candidate.

Qualifications

Graduate Fresher or HSC with 1 year tele salse Experience.
