Job summary

Lenskart in Ahmedabad, Gujarat seeks a proactive Sr. Talent Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across functions including Optometrist, Store Manager and Sales Associates.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, maintain ATS records, and report hiring metrics. Willingness to travel for campus drives and field HR activities is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient email writing.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
