Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a proactive Talent Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment for Mumbai locations, including staffing Optometrist, Store Manager, and Sales Associate roles. You will source, screen, and onboard candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

In this role, you will manage ATS records, report hiring metrics, and support campus and store walk-ins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good with email writing.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

In this role, youll manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, and onboardingto ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract top talent.
