Lenskart is seeking a proactive Sr. Talent Executive in Ahmedabad to lead end-to-end recruitment for Gujarat & MPCG locations, including store roles and optometrist staffing. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

The role requires 4+ years in recruitment (bulk hiring is a plus) and strong communication, organization, and Excel skills. Willingness to travel for campus drives and field HR activities is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good with email writing.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ATS usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles including Optometrist/Store manager and Sales Associates for Gujarat & MPCG locations.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and report on hiring metrics.
• Be open to campus hiring walks-in interviews and other HR field activities.

In this role, youll manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, and onboardingto ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
