You will source candidates, post openings on various portals, negotiate salaries, and prepare offer and appointment letters across Pan India. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, is familiar with the New Labour Codes in India, and can align client needs with candidate capabilities in a fast-paced statutory

Qualifikationen

• Proof of hands-on IT and non-IT recruitment experience.
• Experience posting job openings on portals.
• Strong salary negotiation and CTC prep skills.
• Experience issuing offer/appointment letters.
• Knowledge of New Labour Codes in India is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
