Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Ltd. in Bengaluru is hiring an HR Recruiter to handle International Volume Hiring for Voice and Non-Voice contact center processes. The role requires excellent communication, strong sourcing and screening, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will conduct full recruitment lifecycle activities from candidate screening to offer, work from the office, and collaborate with global teams to meet hiring targets.
