Job summary

Growloc in Maharashtra offers a paid HR Recruiter Intern role to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding support within a fast-growing agritech startup.

You'll work closely with the HR team, enhance communication with candidates, learn recruitment tools and processes, and build practical skills in candidate management. Certificate/letter provided upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in HR and recruitment.
• Familiar with MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Support HR team in preparing job postings and recruitment communications.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding activities and documentation when required.

Role Overview

We are looking for a HR Recruiter Intern who is enthusiastic about starting a career in Human Resources and wants hands‑on experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
