Job summary

NEXORIA TRADE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to contact shortlisted candidates, confirm interest and availability, and schedule online interviews using Google Meet, Zoom or Teams.

You will share joining links, send reminders to reduce no-shows, and maintain an updated tracker of calls, responses, and interview outcomes. You will coordinate with the hiring team to align slots and reschedule when needed. Work location is in-person in Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Call shortlisted candidates from the provided database/lists and confirm their interest and availability.
• Schedule online interviews (Google Meet/Zoom/Teams) and share joining links with candidates and interviewers.
• Send reminders to candidates before scheduled interviews to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain an updated tracker of calls made, responses, scheduled interviews, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the hiring team to align interview slots and reschedule when required.
• Maintain a polite, professional tone representing the company in every interaction.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
