Job summary

Mk hr services in Karnataka, India, is looking for a full-time recruiter to partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team profiles, and ideal candidate personas. You will source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, portfolio sites, and employee referrals.

You will draft engaging job descriptions, screen applications, conduct initial interviews, coordinate the interview workflow, and manage offers.

Qualifications

• 1 year recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience using ATS systems for pipeline management.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via professional networks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team profiles, and ideal candidate personas.
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, portfolio sites, and employee referrals.
• Draft and post compelling job descriptions that reflect our culture and technical needs.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical competence, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate the interview workflow, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling between candidates and internal teams.
• Manage the offer process, including compensation negotiations, reference checks, and final contract preparation.
• Maintain the ATS to ensure accurate pipeline data and clean tracking metrics.
• Represent the company at virtual and in-person networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
