Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a HR Recruiter with experience in F&B, restaurants, QSR, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume recruitment environments.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and joining of candidates across various restaurant and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for F&B and restaurant positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities from the Operations and HR teams.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, communication, stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for both bulk hiring and managerial positions.
• Recruit for service, kitchen, operations, and support functions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams for interview feedback and selection decisions.
• Handle salary discussions and joining negotiations within approved company guidelines.
• Release offers and maintain regular follow-up until the candidate joins.
• Conduct and support walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview status, offer status, and joining reports.
• Ensure candidates receive accurate information regarding job responsibilities, salary, location, shifts, accommodation, benefits, and other employment conditions.
• Maintain a database of active, shortlisted, rejected, offered, joined, and future-reference candidates.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the required timelines.
• Provide daily and weekly recruitment updates to the HR management.

Positions to be Handled

Restaurant & Service: Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Supervisor, Captain, Senior Order Taker, Order Taker, Senior Steward, Steward and other service positions.

Kitchen: CDP, DCDP, Senior Kitchen Executive, Kitchen Executive, Kitchen Helper, KST, Sous Chef, Chef and other kitchen positions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, restaurant, QSR, hospitality, retail, or high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring / frontline hiring / blue-collar recruitment will be an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
• Willingness to participate in walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns.
