V3Cube is seeking passionate HR Recruiters to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in Prahalad Nagar, Ahmedabad. You will handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across domains, contributing to a fast-growing organization.

Ideal candidates will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pools, and ensure a positive candidate experience. 1–7 years of recruitment experience and strong communication are required, with immediate joiners preferred.

• Screening resumes and HR interviews; coordinate interviews with managers.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates through hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding support.
• Build a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during recruitment.
• Meet monthly hiring targets and KPIs.
