• Project delivery & governance: Own plans, RAID logs, milestones, and status reporting; run standups.
• Testing fast and smarter: Plan and execute UAT/SIT; coordinate testers; track defects; drive sign-off.
• Employee data operations execution: Partner with HR Ops/Shared Services, HR Tech, controls, and downstream consumers.
• Data quality & remediation: Identify root causes, coordinate fixes, validate results, implement preventive controls.
• Process improvement: Map current vs future processes; reduce manual steps; standardize workflows.
• Stakeholder management: Translate requirements; manage expectations; escalate when timelines risk.
• Documentation: Maintain SOPs, test evidence, runbooks, training materials, and change communications.
• Operational readiness & cutover: Coordinate cutover plans, hyper care, and post-go-live stabilization.

Role summary

The HR Project Executive within Employee Data Operations drives end-to-end delivery of HR data initiatives (Identify process improvements, eliminate redundant processes, areas to simplify process, automate processes through technology, data quality, migrations, controls, and operational readiness). This role is highly execution-focused: fast, rigorous testing, tight coordination across stakeholders, and meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy, controls, or employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Project delivery & governance: Own project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), milestones, and status reporting; run standups/working sessions; drive decisions and closure.
• Testing fast and Smarter: Plan and execute UAT/SIT cycles at speedwrite test scenarios, coordinate testers, track defects, retest quickly, and drive timely sign-off. Relentless focus on outcomes.
• Employee data operations execution: Partner with HR Ops/Shared Services, HR Tech, controls, and downstream consumers to ensure changes are operationally sound and data impacts are understood.
• Data quality & remediation: Identify root causes of employee data defects, coordinate fixes, validate results, and implement preventive controls (checks, reconciliations, SOPs).
• Process improvement: Map current vs. future processes, reduce manual steps, improve cycle time, and standardize workflows and documentation.
• Stakeholder management: Translate requirements into clear deliverables; manage expectations; escalated early and appropriately when timelines are at risk.
• Documentation: Maintain SOPs, test evidence, operational runbooks, training materials, and change communications as required.
• Operational readiness & cutover: Coordinate cutover plans, hyper care support, and post-go-live stabilization; ensure handoff to BAU teams.

Required qualifications/Skills

• Experience delivering projects in HR Operations, HR Data, HRIS support, or shared services environments.
• Strong testing discipline: test planning, defect triage, evidence capture, and release readiness.
• Proven ability to hit deadlines in a high-volume, fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong Excel/data skills (reconciliations, validations, pivoting; comfort working with large datasets).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong meeting facilitation and follow-through.
• Exposure to HR data domains (hire/rehire, job/position, manager hierarchy, compensation, leaves, terminations).
• Familiarity with HR controls, audit readiness, and operational risk concepts.
• Experience with Jira/ServiceNow or similar tracking tools.
• HRIS exposure (e.g., HCM cloud/SAP/PeopleSoft) is a plus (platform-agnostic).
• Basic/intermediate understand of Intelligent automation technology and AI
