Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Gurugram is seeking a contractual HR PMO to transform manual HR operations into scalable digital workflows within a 6–12 month timeline. The role will stabilise processes and drive HR digitisation projects across teams.

You will lead project tracking, process mapping, data cleansing, hypercare support, and adoption training, coordinating with vendors and IT to ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent corporate degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or HR PMO roles with proven HRMS implementation lifecycle.
  • Deep familiarity with modern HR cloud solutions (e.g., Darwinbox, SuccessFactors, Workday, GreytHR) and advanced MS Excel (Index/Match, Power Query, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong project coordination skills, high technical orientation, analytical agility, and excellent corporate communication.
  • Immediate joiners preferred due to rapid project delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

Position Type: Contractual Role


Job Purpose


This role acts as the core process owner and project anchor driving the transformation of manual HR operations into scalable digital workflows. The incumbent will stabilize current corporate HR processes while simultaneously supporting the respective HR Digitisation projects across teams to ensure the successful deployment of digital tools within a strict 6-to-12-month timeline.


Key Responsibilities
1. Project Anchoring & HR Digitisation
  • Project Tracking: Act as the primary PMO (Project Management Office) anchor, tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the HR tech rollout.
  • Process Mapping: Review existing manual, paper-based HR processes and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) ready for digital automation.
  • Data Cleansing & Migration: Take end-to-end ownership of auditing, cleaning, and formatting legacy employee master data to ensure error-free system ingestion.
  • Hypercare Support: Provide dedicated post-go-live technical troubleshooting and support to resolve login issues, profile errors, and workflow bottlenecks.
  • Adoption & Change Management: Design digital user manuals, quick-reference guides, and host training workshops to maximize platform adoption among Gurgaon and regional teams.

2. HR Process Coordination & Operations
  • Lifecycle Administration: Supervise day-to-day employee lifecycle operations including digital onboarding, electronic document verification, and paperless exit clearances.
  • Database Governance: Ensure continuous data integrity across all digital portals, updating structural organization shifts, promotions, and reporting lines instantly.
  • Employee Helpdesk: Manage the first-level HR helpdesk to resolve employee queries regarding HR policy execution and portal navigation.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment: Convene weekly alignment meetings with implementation partners, software vendors, and internal IT teams to expedite technical resolutions.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, or an equivalent corporate degree.
  • Experience: 2- 4 years of experience in HR operations or HR PMO roles, with proven experience anchoring at least one HRMS implementation lifecycle.
  • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with modern HR cloud solutions (e.g., Darwinbox, SuccessFactors, Workday, GreytHR) paired with strong proficiency in advanced MS Excel (Index/Match, Power Query, Pivot Tables).
