Position Details

• Position: Executive HR Operations & Shared Services
• Location: Mumbai
• Work Arrangement: Primarily Work from Home, with flexibility to work from the office as and when required
• Experience: 1–5 years; however, strong freshers with good aptitude, communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered
• Working Hours: 12:00/1:00 PM to 9:00/10:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Support HRSS operations and ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day service delivery.
• Manage and support key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data, HR records and documentation.
• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Recruitment and business stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of HR-related requirements.
• Provide timely, accurate and compliant HR support in line with established processes, policies and service standards.
• Support employees and stakeholders across the EU region, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience across HRSS.

Key Requirements

1. Prior experience in international/overseas HR operations is preferred. Candidates with experience supporting employees across any global geography may be considered.
2. Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms would be an added advantage.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
4. Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of HR processes and operational requirements.
5. Smart, proactive, adaptable and a quick learner, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
6. Comfortable working in the 12:00/1:00 PM to 9:00/10:00 PM IST shift to support EU operations.
7. Candidates should demonstrate a strong service-oriented mindset, accountability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced HR shared services environment.
