Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end HR lifecycle.
• At least 5 years experience in ServiceNow and Workday.
• At least 5 years working in Ticket/query Management for HR Helpdesk.
• Proven experience in managing induction and onboarding programs at scale.
• Ability to handle multiple onboarding streams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical excellence in HR operations consulting.
• Lead end-to-end HR lifecycle improvements for clients.
