Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Key Responsibilities ? 10-12 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services ? Strong understanding of the end-to-end HR lifecycle ? At least 5 years experience in ServiceNow and Workday ? At least 5 years working in Ticket/query Management for HR Helpdesk ? Proven experience in managing induction and onboarding programs at scale ? Ability to handle multiple onboarding streams simultaneously ? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ? Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment is preferred
