EY is seeking a Senior Project Manager for National – PAS WKFA-CNS in New Delhi to drive HR transformation initiatives. The role covers organisation and workforce transformation, change experience, and HR systems modernization within workforce advisory services.

You will lead complex, multi-country programmes, align HR tech strategies with business goals, and collaborate across teams to deliver tangible workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong experience in HR technology transformation (ATS/HRMS implementations, digital HR) Expertise in: Programme & portfolio management Agile / Hybrid delivery models Process transformation (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle) Data, reporting and analytics enablement Strong exposure to global delivery models and GCC environments Ability to define standard methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets Experience in large, multi-country transformation programmes

Skills And Attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Master of Computer Applications
• Master of Business Administration

Experience

• Project Management (6+ years)
