Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Pune seeks an experienced HR Platform Manager (Workday) to own end-to-end health, performance, and evolution of our global Workday tenant. You’ll lead BAU operations, release management, governance, integrations, and change enablement to ensure HR and payroll run smoothly.

You will manage a blended team of Workday analysts and vendors, drive continuous improvements, and align a scalable roadmap with business priorities, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years total experience with 6–8 years in Workday.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM and 2+ additional modules.
• Strong experience in Workday security, configurations, and integrations.
• Experience leading Workday releases and change control.
• Excellent communication and vendor oversight skills.

This role leads BAU operations, release & upgrade management, platform governance, integrations, and change enablement—ensuring Workday reliably supports HR, Payroll, and business users.
