You will own the tools, reporting, and day-to-day support that our TA community relies on, helping shape how recruitment runs across regions.

The role

We believe that Talent Acquisition at scale only works when the processes, systems and data behind it are dependable. That takes a particular kind of person: someone who sees a messy process and wants to fix it, who cares whether the numbers are right, and who understands that behind every KPI is a recruiter trying to do their job well.

If that’s you, this role puts you at the centre of how recruitment runs across all our markets: owning our processes and tools, our reporting and data quality, and the day‑to‑day support our global Talent Acquisition community relies on. It’s hands‑on, in a team that’s still building, so there’s real room to shape how things are done.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Process and standards. Own the consistent execution of recruitment processes, policies and ways of working across all markets, partnering with country teams to drive standardisation, efficiency and compliance.
• Tools and adoption. Act as a subject matter expert for our Talent Acquisition technology, driving adoption and providing guidance, troubleshooting and day‑to‑day support to recruiters.
• Data, reporting and insight. Own the monitoring and analysis of Talent Acquisition KPIs and operational metrics. Lead data quality reviews and cleansing, identify trends, and turn them into recommendations that improve recruitment performance and decision‑making.
• Community support. Be a key point of contact for the global Talent Acquisition community handling operational escalations and process queries, developing supporting materials, maintaining knowledge repositories and communicating process updates clearly.
• Continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove inefficiencies and strengthen reporting, working with HR, IT and external vendors to implement new solutions.
• Global projects. Support transformation initiatives including system implementations, process redesign and market rollouts.
• Executive recruitment coordination. We’ll be straight with you: this part sits apart from the rest of the role. You’ll partner with our Global Executive Recruitment Manager on the coordination behind executive hiring: scheduling, candidate communications, keeping complex searches moving. We’re a small global team and we pull together when it counts, so this comes with the territory. We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has proven experience in Talent Acquisition operations within a complex, global organization.
• Understands end‑to‑end recruitment, Talent Acquisition governance and operational best practice.
• Has worked hands‑on with applicant tracking system and HR technology, preferably with Workday.
• Brings strong analytical capabilities: KPI tracking, data quality management and turning reporting into recommendations people can act on.
• Brings experience in process mapping, process optimisation, and project management, including the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple markets and stakeholders.
