Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a global HR Technology expert to own and optimize the VNDLY platform, oversee configuration, workflows, data structures, and access controls, and drive a scalable contingent workforce model across markets.

You will integrate VNDLY with Workday Core HCM and finance systems, ensure data accuracy, and partner with AMS to deliver continuous improvements, governance, and analytics. Fluent English and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR technology or HR systems.
• Hands-on experience with VNDLY (1–3+ years).
• Experience with Workday integrations preferred.
• Experience in global, multi-country HR environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the VNDLY platform as a global HR Technology SME.
• Manage VNDLY configuration, workflows, data structures, access roles, system performance, and roadmap alignment.
• Support contingent workforce lifecycle: requisition, onboarding, time tracking, invoicing, offboarding.
• Drive process standardization and best practices across global markets.
• Manage integrations between VNDLY, Workday Core HCM, Finance/invoicing systems, and reporting platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, system connectivity, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for integration issues.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and AMS partners for operational support.
• Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, SLAs, and continuous improvements.
• Identify and implement VNDLY process improvements, automation opportunities, and user experience enhancements.
• Support release management activities, including impact assessment, UAT coordination, deployment, and hypercare.
• Maintain system governance, documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Support contingent workforce reporting and analytics, including headcount, spend, vendor performance, and compliance metrics.
• Ensure reporting and dashboards are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.

This role acts as the functional and technical expert for VNDLY, our contingent workforce management platform, ensuring it is stable, compliant, and continuously optimized to support our global contingent workforce.The role will own the end-to-end VNDLY solution, covering vendor management, contingent worker lifecycle, integrations with Workday and downstream systems, and ongoing enhancements.
