Job summary

Golden Opportunities seeks a seasoned People Analytics and Organization Insights professional to develop and maintain a robust analytics framework for Global Operations across US and India. You will analyze metrics like headcount, attrition, and engagement and translate data into actionable insights.

You will build dashboards and insight packs for HRBP reviews, operations discussions, and executive leadership forums, delivering audience-specific visuals and concise messages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in People Analytics and Organization Insights.
• Experience translating data into insights, inferences, and business intelligence for leaders.
• Ability to build dashboards and insight packs for multiple levels of review.
• Identify trends, exceptions, and themes across geographies and functions.

• Minimum 5 + years experience into People Analytics and Organization Insights professional People Analytics, Insights & Decision Support Develop and maintain a strong people analytics framework for Global Operations, covering the full employee lifecycle across US and India teams.
• Analyse people metrics across headcount, hiring, onboarding, attrition, retention, internal movement, engagement, performance, productivity, learning, absenteeism, and other relevant people indicators.
• Translate people data into meaningful insights, inferences, and business intelligence that help leaders understand what is happening, why it may be happening, and where attention is required.
• Build dashboards and insight packs that support decision-making at multiple levels, including HRBP reviews, operations reviews, functional reviews, executive leadership discussions, and global business forums.
• Create different cuts of the same data depending on the audience : detailed analytical views for People and Operations teams, and concise executive summaries highlighting key messages, risks, implications, and recommended focus areas.
• Identify trends, exceptions, early warning signals, and emerging people themes across geographies, functions, processes, teams, leaders, tenure groups, and employee segments.
• Support recurring People, Operations, and leadership review forums with data-backed insights, visual storytelling, and crisp commentary.
• Partner with HRBPs and People function leaders to understand business context and equip them with insights they can use in conversations with Operations leaders.
• Continuously improve the quality, relevance, usability, and presentation of people dashboards and leadership reports.
• Organization Structure Management & Visualization Create, update, and maintain organization charts for Global Operations across US and India using Microsoft Visio or equivalent organization visualization tools.
• Ensure organization charts remain current with new hires, exits, transfers, promotions, role changes, reporting-line changes, leadership changes, and structural realignments.
• Build and maintain multiple organization views, including leadership structure, functional structure, location-wise structure, process / team structure, POD / operating unit structure, and reporting-line views.
• Convert complex organization structures into clean, accurate, and executive-ready visuals for leadership discussions.
• Partner with People leaders, HRBPs, HR Operations, and Operations leaders to validate reporting relationships and organization changes.
• Maintain version control, governance, and accuracy across all organization charts and structure-related outputs.
