ABB in Bangalore, India is seeking a skilled HR Shared Services professional to manage talent management processes, coordinate assessments, and ensure timely service delivery across stakeholders.

The role focuses on PDA, mid-year reviews, succession planning, and system administration within a global HR shared services environment, requiring strong communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR shared services in a global organization will be advantageous.
• Experience in HR shared services, SAP, Payroll will be an added advantage.
• Experience working on ERP tools would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executing talent management processes and consolidating data for processes like PDA, mid-year review and succession planning.
• Managing system administration related to the talent management processes and coordinating various internal assessments.
• Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all talent management stakeholders.
• Ensuring execution and delivery of talent management services according to defined service level agreement(s).
• Responding to employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).
• Recommending continuous improvements and simplify existing talent management processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders.
