Job summary

You will assist in induction and onboarding, handle HR operations tasks, maintain accurate data in the system, and contribute to data analysis and Power BI visualizations. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources, or related field.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work in HR operations.

Position: HR operations Apprentice

As an Apprentice, the person will support our Human resource management teams across end to end HR activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in Induction and Onboarding activities.
• Handle HR operations tasks and coordinate with team members for the same.
• Maintain accurate data in the system.
• Assist in data analysis and representation of data using Power BI tool.

• Good verbal & written communication and people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Power BI Tool

Shift timings - 9.30am To 6.15pm

Working days - Monday to Friday
