Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an HR Data Management professional to handle confidential information with integrity and deliver insightful HR reports and dashboards. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and coordination across HR functions, along with knowledge of UK HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors.

You will work with SAP ECC/ERPs and reporting tools to support employee relations and compliance, while maintaining data accuracy and process discipline within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Employee Relations or related roles.
• Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.
