Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner in India to drive engagement measurement, dashboards and well-being initiatives. You will support people practices and employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Creating ways to measure and assess engagement – e.g., surveys
• Support assessing impact of people practices on employee experience
• Assist to create proactive well-being interventions
• Develop engagement dashboards (employee engagement, Diversity dashboards)
• Monitor social media trends related to engagement across organizations
• Support organization-wide engagement initiatives and communications

What You Will Do:

Creating ways to measure and assess engagement - example, surveys

Support assessing the impact that people practices, and policies have on the employee experience.

Assist to create proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being through interventions.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural flair creative communication.

Support creation of engagement dashboards like – employee engagement dashboards, Diversity dashboards etc.

Should be a social media enthusiast and watch over the trends of other organizations leveraging on social media like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

Work on various employee engagement initiatives organization wide.

Support the team with organization communication channels.

Constant learner and active listener with an inclusive mindset.

Flexible to work in shifts and that includes night shift also.

What You Will Need:

Postgraduates in Human Resource Management (MBA with specialization in HR) regular / fulltime.

Relevant experience of 1 year and above.

Knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and word Mandatory.
