Job summary

Guidehouse India seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align people initiatives with business priorities and drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle. You will lead performance management, workforce planning, and employee development in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires 4+ years of HRBP experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to adapt to night shifts when required. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred; HR systems proficiency is a plus.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
