Job summary

Guidehouse India is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor, oversee the full employee lifecycle, and drive engagement, retention, and development across functions. You will partner with leadership to address capability gaps, mobility, and career progression while ensuring compliant HR practices.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, change leadership, and data-driven HR decisions.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of performance management, employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, dashboards, and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and compliance matters.

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Identify capability gaps and partner with L&D to build targeted development plans.
  • Support internal mobility and career progression planning.
  • Manage employee grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and disciplinary processes.
  • Proactively identify employee relations risks and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Lead engagement surveys, feedback cycles, and action planning.
  • Implement culture-building, recognition, and communication initiatives.
  • Enhance employee experience through structured engagement programs.
  • Use HR analytics to generate insights on attrition, engagement, and performance.
  • Develop dashboards and HR metrics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure consistent application across teams.
  • Recommend policy and process improvements aligned with business needs and industry practices.
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and compliance across HR processes.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational transitions.

What You Will Do

Experience

8–10 years of experience in an end-to-end HRBP /HR Generalist role.
