Khatib & Alami International in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and construction roles across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and BIM disciplines.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates via LinkedIn and portals, coordinate interviews, and manage offers, joining and recruitment metrics, including supporting GCC/Middle East recruitment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment.
• Experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Construction & Infrastructure, MEP, BIM/Digital Engineering, Architecture & Design, Power & Renewable, or Water & Environmental Engineering.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting technical and engineering professionals across multiple disciplines.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong exposure to the Engineering & Construction / Engineering Consultancy industry . The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment of technical and engineering professionals across multiple disciplines and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower and technical requirements.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals, and professional networks .

Recruit across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, MEP, Infrastructure, Water & Environment, and Power & Renewable disciplines.

Coordinate technical, online, F2F, and tool-based interviews and ensure timely closure of positions.

Manage recruitment agencies, candidate pipelines, offers, joining follow-ups, and recruitment MIS.

Support GCC/Middle East recruitment and build a strong technical talent pool.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications Required to Execute this Role

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment.
• Prior experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Construction & Infrastructure, MEP, BIM/Digital Engineering, Architecture & Design, Power & Renewable, or Water & Environmental Engineering.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting technical and engineering professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Exposure to GCC/Middle East recruitment will be an added advantage.
