Job summary

ScopeHR Consultancy Services seeks an HR project lead to act as the face of the organization at client sites in Chennai. You will understand the company’s products and methodologies and oversee project implementation, training design, and HR process design to boost employee engagement.

You will plan micro details, execute day-to-day tasks, ensure schedules, support the project leader, and maintain high standards in implementation effectiveness, documentation, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Good communication, Human Resources, Organisation Development are key skills for this role.
• Candidate should understand HR processes and be able to design and implement training.
• Experience in designing HR processes to improve employee engagement is required.
• Incination towards people development and leadership support are important.
• Plan micro details of projects and manage day-to-day execution.
