Job summary

Csense Management Solutions seeks a Project Executive (Consultant) to execute consulting interventions, deliver leadership development programs for first-time managers and emerging leaders, and partner with business stakeholders to build leadership capability across the organization.

The role includes planning and execution, client coordination, process analysis, training, documentation, and governance, with 70% travel and a strong emphasis on change management and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 37 years of relevant experience in HR Consulting, Project Management, Organization Development, HR Transformation, Process Consulting, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client management and internal consulting teams to implement HR solutions.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Develop and implement process flows, SOPs, HR frameworks, and workflow documentation
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to implement leadership development initiatives.
• Prepare project closure reports and documentation upon completion of assignments.
• Support clients in assessing their organisational structure, roles, responsibilities, and workforce requirements
• Support succession planning and talent development programs.
• Assist in developing KRA/KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems
• Prepare gap analysis reports and recommend corrective/improvement measures.
• Conduct HR process reviews and HR audits for client organizations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs for first-time managers, people managers, and emerging leaders while partnering with business stakeholders to build leadership capability across the organization.

• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
