The role covers onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, union interactions, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), recruitment coordination, MIS reporting, employee engagement, and grievance handling to ensure smooth plant operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
• 2–8 years of HR experience in Manufacturing, Solar, EPC, Construction, or Industrial environments.
• Experience in union management, labor law compliance, and contractor workforce management.
