Job summary

Reliance Industries (RIL) is seeking a Site HR & IR Executive to oversee HR operations at our solar project site in Solapur, Maharashtra. You will manage onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, employee records, and site administration to support smooth plant operations.

You will handle union interactions, labour law compliance, and contractor workforce management, while coordinating recruitment, manpower planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
• 3–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience in union management and contractor workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site HR operations including onboarding and attendance.
• Handle union interactions and workforce management to ensure plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and contractor compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment, manpower planning and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR documentation, MIS reports, and statutory records.

The Site HR & IR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, industrial relations, labor law compliance, contractor workforce management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and site administration activities at the solar project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end site HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, PF, ESIC, and contractor compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment, manpower planning, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
