Job summary

Ci4 is seeking an experienced HR leader to own recruiting and the full employee lifecycle for a small, deeply technical team building autonomous maritime platforms. You will move fast, close top talent, and wear multiple hats while protecting and growing our culture.

You will handle sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and compliance, collaborating with leadership to align HR with our defense-tech focus. This role combines recruiting, admin, and culture responsibilities in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, including recruiting technical talent for small-to-mid size teams.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing hires against competing offers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and admin (labour law, statutory filings, policy administration).
• Flexibility to move between recruiting, compliance, admin, and culture work as the day demands.
