Job summary

Ci4 - Autonomous Intelligence is seeking an experienced HR professional to own recruiting and the full employee lifecycle for a small, deeply technical team building autonomous maritime platforms. You will drive sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and culture initiatives, while handling day-to-day HR compliance and serving as the primary point of contact for leaders and staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, including recruiting for deeply technical workforces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing hires against competing offers.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and admin (labour law, statutory filings, policy administration).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruiting for technical and engineering roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation and close.
• Induction and onboarding for new hires, so they're productive fast.
• Performance management across the team, and graceful exits when needed.
• Championing company culture and values as the team grows.
