You will lead production planning, monitor targets, coordinate with departments, control wastage, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma / ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial operations is advantageous.
• Strong planning and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle manpower planning, allocation, and workforce management as per production requirements.
• Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Supervise production staff, workers, and operators and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
• Coordinate with departments for production planning, material availability, and dispatch requirements.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues and take corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, manpower records, and daily reports.
• Ensure proper use and availability of machines, tools, raw materials, and other resources.
• Maintain workplace discipline and ensure workers follow company rules and safety procedures.
• Train, guide, and motivate workers to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor attendance, shift planning, overtime, and manpower requirements.
• Reduce production wastage and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of machine breakdowns.
• Ensure production is completed as per quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Report production performance, manpower status, and operational issues to management.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Handle any other production or operational responsibilities assigned by management.
