Job summary

ANS IT India Pvt. Ltd. seeks an HR Manager to own the full human-resources function from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, policy, payroll inputs and culture.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role builds the people systems and practices that enable the company to attract, develop and retain great talent as it scales. • 5+ years in HR with at least 3 years in an HR management role across the full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance.
• Experience driving performance management and increment cycles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Discretion, fairness and high integrity with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and exit.
• Drive the performance management system including scorecards, reviews and the increment framework.
• Develop, maintain and enforce HR policies in line with applicable labour laws.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity).
• Lead talent acquisition to meet hiring plans across departments.
• Build onboarding, training and employee-development programmes.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition and a positive workplace culture.
• Manage grievances, POSH compliance and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and the HRMS.
• Advise leadership on organization design, workforce planning and people strategy.

Experience Required

5+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in an HR management role across the full HR lifecycle.
